<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film capable of effectively preventing scattering of broken pieces or the like even when a glass substrate or the like is broken, and to provide a touch panel using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the hard coat film which has a transparent substrate layer, a hard coat layer stacked in one face side of the substrate layer, and an adhesive layer stacked in the other face side of the substrate layer, an in-plane retardation value (Ro) is 100 nm or less, and a retardation value in a thickness direction (Rth) is 200 nm or less. In the hard coat film, the substrate layer contains a polycarbonate-based resin, a cycloolefin copolymer or an acrylic resin as a main component. The hard coat film has an average thickness of the substrate layer of 10 μm or more and 500 μm or less. The hard coat film has a haze value of 2% or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
