<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alternative arrangement for UE so that more efficient measurements over the bandwidth can be made. <P>SOLUTION: A method practiced by a communication device in a telecommunication network includes: obtaining cell bandwidths of a plurality of neighboring cells in a neighboring cell list; determining the minimum cell bandwidth of the obtained plurality of cell bandwidths; and notifying a mobile communication device of the maximum measurement bandwidth on the basis of the determined minimum cell bandwidth. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
