<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a guiding device which has a simple structure, thereby improving assembling workability; and an actuator. <P>SOLUTION: A pipe 51 formed of an oil-containing material is disposed in a ball circulation channel which is formed inside a return 40 of a guiding device 30. Balls 50 (rolling elements) are passed through the inside of the pipe 51, whereby the need for a lubricant supply unit, etc. for supplying a lubricant to the balls 50 is eliminated, and the need for a work for attaching the lubricant supply unit, etc. to a sliding portion is also eliminated. The structure of the guiding device 30 can be simplified while keeping the lubricating function for the balls 50, whereby assembling workability can be improved.
