<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trigger-type sprayer and a method for manufacturing the same which allows the number of parts to be reduced, assembling to be facilitated, and secure positioning when assembled to be achieved. <P>SOLUTION: The trigger-type sprayer 100 includes: a cap part 2 theadedly engaged to a container 1; a cylinder part 3 arranged at the center of the cap part 2; a cover part 4 continuous to the cylinder part 3; a nozzle part 5a arranged at the end of the cover part 4; a piston part 11 slidably moving in the cylinder part 3; a trigger 12 pivoted to the piston part 11 and fixed with the virgin seal 13a; the end 5b of a flow passage part fitted to the nozzle part 5a to dispense a liquid circulating through the piston part 11; an S-valve 21 for opening and closing a flow passage inside the cylinder part 3; a spring part 22 for biasing the S-valve 21 upward; and a supporting part 23 for fixing the spring part 22 to the cylinder part 3 and keeps the piston part 11 integrated with the trigger 12 and the end 5b of the flow passage part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
