<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone control device automatically transmitting an electronic mail, including called extension information or incoming call information, to a destination designated by an electronic mail address corresponding to a calling party of the incoming call or a called extension, when the called extension does not respond to the incoming call. <P>SOLUTION: A telephone control device 1 includes an electronic mail generation/transmission unit 17 for transmitting an electronic mail to a destination registered in an address/notification condition registration unit 15 in which a telephone number is registered in association with an electronic mail address. When a preset condition is satisfied for the incoming call to the extension, or a particular command is received from one of extensions, the electronic mail transmission means extracts an electronic mail address corresponding to the calling party of the incoming call or the called extension, and automatically transmits an electronic mail, including called extension information or incoming call information, to the destination designated by the extracted electronic mail address. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
