<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a quantity of RFID tags each of which is disposed of as a nonconforming product due to its incorrect placement on a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A control part instructs a reader/writer part to communicate with an RFID tag when conveying a substrate to a reference position over a specific distance in a predetermined direction from a time when a sensor detects that the substrate is at a specific position. When the communication of the reader/writer following the instruction with the RFID tag results in failure, the control part repeats conveying the substrate and giving instruction to the reader/writer in order to search for an area where the communication with the RFID tag can be established, and detects a conveyance amount of the substrate from the reference position to the area where the communication can be established as a position displacement amount of the RFID tag. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
