<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of processing a wire capable of processing a wire in a high operation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The method of processing the wire 10 is used to process a plurality of wires 10 at a time using a plurality of manufacturing facility 11 which processes the wire 10 reeled-out and winds up it. In each manufacturing facility 11, a wind-up length L2 of an electric wire C manufactured by processing the wire 10 is measured, and an anticipated processing completion time T1 of the wire 10 is calculated based on a required length L1 of the to-be-manufactured electric wire C and the wind-up length L2 of the to-be-manufactured electric wire C and a wire speed V of the wire 10, and an anticipated processing starting time T2 at which the next processing starts is calculated based on the anticipated processing completion time T1 and a preparation time t2 required from completion of processing to start of the next processing in the manufacturing facility 11. Between the anticipated processing completion time T1 and the anticipated processing starting time T2 in one manufacturing facility 11, when another manufacturing facility 11 comes to the anticipated processing completion time T1, warning is issued on such fact. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
