<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breather device for a vehicle transmission capable of preventing jetting-out of lubricating oil out of a transmission case while simplifying the transmission case and reducing the sliding resistance of a shaft disposed in the transmission case. <P>SOLUTION: A breather chamber (10) includes a breather case (13) different from a transmission case (2). The breather case (13) is rotatably attached to a support pin (14) extending in a direction orthogonal to the wall surface of the transmission case (2) in the inclined state of an axial direction. When lubricating oil enters into the breather chamber (10) via an inlet (11) and an oil surface level in the breather chamber (10) accordingly reaches a high level, the breather case (13) is moved around the axis of the support pin (14) from the lower side of an outlet (12) to the lower side of the vehicle, and the lubricating oil in the breather chamber (10) is discharged from the opening (16) of the breather case (13) into the transmission case (2). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
