Disclosed is a method for controlling uplink interference in a hybrid network, comprising: after detecting strong uplink interference, a Pico eNB sending an OI signaling to ambient eNBs; an MeNB sending a measurement instruction to a macro user MUE in a cell covered by the MeNB; the MUE calculating, according to the measurement instruction, a path loss from the MUE to the Pico eNB, a path loss from the MUE to the MeNB which the MUE belongs to, and a difference between the losses, and if the difference is less than a predetermined threshold, ending the current process; if the difference is greater than the predetermined threshold, the MUE reporting the difference to the MeNB; the MeNB determining, according to the path loss or the difference reported by the MUE, whether the MUE is an MUE generating the strong uplink interference with the Pico eNB, and adjusting uplink transmit power of the MUE according to a calculation result. The present invention controls the uplink interference in the hybrid network, avoids repeated sending of downlink reference signal transmit power information, and reduces unnecessary signaling overheads.
