PURPOSE: A beam collecting device for a Fabry-Perot interferometer and an analyzing system using the same are provided to prevent the efficiency degradation of a Fabry-Perot interferometer while enhancing the intensity of transmitted lights by using optical fiber having a large diameter because circular beams are transmitted to the Fabry-Perot interferometer. CONSTITUTION: A beam collecting device for a Fabry-Perot interferometer comprises a measurement head(110), a beam pattern deformation unit(120), a photometric unit(130), a first optical fiber(141), and a second optical fiber(143). The measurement collects beams emitted from a target. The beam pattern deformation unit deforms a pattern of the beams transmitted from the measurement head to an annular type. The photometric unit transmits the beams deformed in the beam pattern deformation unit to a cavity. The first optical fiber connects the measurement head and the beam pattern deformation unit. The second optical fiber connects the photometric unit and the beam pattern deformation unit. |
