<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a driving device used for a window glass wiper device by a structurally simple means, so as to be capable of absorbing a load applied when reversing in the rotational direction, without impairing the wiping-out function over a long operation period. <P>SOLUTION: This driving device used for the window glass wiper device 1 arranged in a vehicle includes an output shaft 16 for driving a wiper arm 4. The output shaft 16 is supported in a transmission device housing 20, and makes reciprocating driving motion. A damping element 26 is relatively nonrotatably joined to the output shaft 16, and the damping element 26 is supported by an abutting member 30 held by a cover 34 of the transmission device housing 20 in at least one direction changing position or rotation direction reversing position of the output shaft 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
