<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method and apparatus for improving productivity of swollen confectionery. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the swollen confectionery, includes a pre-heating step 55 for heating dough conveyed by a conveyer with a preheating means at first output for preheating, swelling steps 20 and 22 for heat-swelling the dough conveyed by the conveyer with a swelling heating means at second output for swelling, and baking steps 27 and 29 for baking the dough conveyed by the conveyer with a baking heating means at third output for baking. The method includes switching a one block-baking heating means arranged at the top of the conveying direction among the baking heating means from the third output to the second output and using the one block-baking heating means for swelling the dough, thus increase-adjusting heating time for the swelling more than a case wherein the dough is heated only with the swelling heating means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
