<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white color adjustment device capable of adjusting a white color even in an image affected by a fluorescent lamp, a filtered light source and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A color temperature estimation section 1 estimates a color temperature from an image of a processing object. A representative color value acquisition section 2 acquires a color value becoming representative as a representative color value from a color value of a pixel where the color value in each pixel of the image of the processing object becomes a white color nearby region being a region where a color of a predetermined color range exists from a preset white color value. A correction representative color value calculating section 3 calculates a correction representative color value from the color value corresponding to the color temperature estimated by the color temperature estimation section 1 and the representative color value acquired by the representative color value acquisition section 2.
