<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage element which achieves high airtightness in a connection part of an external terminal and is excellent in assemblability in spite of a simple structure, and to provide a manufacturing method of the storage element. <P>SOLUTION: A storage element includes: sheath bodies 1, 3; external terminals 14 having exposed surfaces exposed from the sheath bodies to the exterior; collectors 13 disposed in the sheath bodies 1, 3 and connecting with the external terminals 14; and electrode bodies 2 disposed in the sheath bodies 1,3 and connecting with the collectors 13. The sheath bodies 1, 3 have through holes 12c. The external terminal 14 includes: a flange part contacting with outer surfaces of the sheath bodies 1, 3; and a first shaft part 33 extending from the flange part 32 and inserted into the through holes 12c of the sheath bodies 1, 3 to be welded over an entire periphery. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
