<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To block oxygen which is brought in a coating unit hermetically closed by a support to be transported, and hold a stable low oxygen concentration in the coating unit and a light irradiation unit. <P>SOLUTION: In the coating unit 3 in which the support hermetically connected is applied with a photopolymerizable composition, and the light irradiation unit 4 in which a photopolymerizable composition layer after the application is irradiated with light, at least one inert gas chamber 2 is installed at an inlet side for the support 1 of the coating unit 3; and an inert gas fed from a first inert gas feed unit 7 is sprayed from the inert gas chamber 2 toward the support 1, and the inert gas is fed to the respective closed spaces of the coating unit 3 and the light irradiation unit 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
