<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: an air flow direction is changed as desired by deforming a wind direction deflector formed of shape-memory alloy, thereby requiring continuous voltage application. <P>SOLUTION: An indoor unit of an air conditioner is configured to constitute a windward arbitrary length of wind direction deflector with a polymer sheet which performs curvature deformation by applying a voltage, to change a curvature radius by applying a voltage only when wind direction therefor is changed, to close an air trunk by the wind direction deflector, and to prevent the increase in ventilation resistance, without requiring continuous voltage application. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
