PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dramatically enhance working efficiency of a work for separating a sternal keel cartilage area (abbreviated as Yagen in the following) from a sternal keel carried out by manpower, by automating the work with a machine.
SOLUTION: The invention comprises followings. The sternal keel 130 is applied on an upper face (horizontal base plane h) of a work positioning guide 20 at a work throw in section A and a work w is conveyed to a Yagen cutting section B while keeping the work w at reference height. The Yagen 132 is cut by a first cutting blade 24 in a horizontal direction at the Yagen cutting section B. A second cutting blade 26 is lunged into inside of the Yagen 132 and cuts a membrane 146 attaching between the Yagen 132 and inside branch bone 144 in a vertical direction. Wherein the Yagen 132 is pinched between the second cutting blade 26 and a press bar 30 arranged on the outside of the second cutting blade 26 and held on the outside of the second cutting blade 26 until the membrane 46 is completely cut. Consequently the Yagen 132 is completely separated from the work body.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
