<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the transfer efficiency of packet data generated in a memory. <P>SOLUTION: In a data transfer system, a memory, which is a work area for generating packet data, a DMA transfer device for transferring the packet data to a communication device, and the communication device for transmitting the packet data to a network are connected through a bus. The data transfer is made on the basis of a maximum transfer data unit of the bus. The DMA transfer device includes: packet analysis means for acquiring the packet data generated in the memory to transfer to another device, and based on the maximum transfer data unit, for analyzing header information of the packet data, so as to analyze the presence or absence of an invalid data between a header and a data and between a data and a footer; and invalid data deletion means for deleting the invalid data in the packet data and for connecting the header with a data subsequent to the invalid data and connecting the data with a footer subsequent to the invalid data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
