<p>Disclosed in the present invention is a document holder, which comprises bottom plate (1), a torsion spring (4), a connecting member (6) and a paper-pressing handle (2). One longitudinal edge of the bottom plate (1) has a sidewall (12) extending upwards and a torsion spring seat (13), and a hook (15) is disposed on the top end of a side of the sidewall (12) away from the torsion spring seat (13). The torsion spring (4) has a long straight arm (41) and a transverse bending arm (42), and is mounted at the torsion spring seat (13) by a hinge shaft (5). One end of the connecting member (6) is hinged with the top end of the sidewall (12) by a first plastic hinge (61). The exterior profile of the paper-pressing handle (2) has substantially a cubic shape, and a side edge of the top surface of the paper-pressing handle is hinged with the other end of the connecting member (6) by a second plastic hinge (63). The middle portion of the paper-pressing handle (2) has a sliding groove (21) arranged parallel to a longitudinal direction of the bottom plate (1), and the transverse bending arm (42) of the torsion spring (4) is mounted in the sliding groove (21) in a manner of being capable of sliding along the sliding groove (21).
