<p>An objective of the present invention is to select one or more of a plurality of paths which are present between communication parties and carry out good quality communication. Aside from measuring an efficacy rate proper, the efficacy rate is estimated from Phy rate, receiving power, and a combination of Phy rate and statistical information. Based on efficacy rate information of each path, a path used in data transmission is selected from either a single selection protocol which selects a single path or a plural selection protocol which simultaneously selects a plurality of paths. The single selection protocol is divided into a per session and a physical exclusive protocol. The plural selection protocols might include a weighting protocol and a redundancy affiliation protocol.</p> |
