<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient carbon monoxide removal system with a reaction field of ionic liquid. <P>SOLUTION: In the carbon monoxide removal system, at least one of ionic liquid, ionic liquid adsorbed or carried on the surface of a carrier and a catalyst, and ionic compound polymerized by polymerization of the ionic liquid adsorbed or carried and gas containing carbon monoxide and steam contact to each other to cause a water gas shift reaction, and the carbon monoxide generated by steam reforming of hydrocarbon-based compound is removed to be 10 ppm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
