<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gaseous mixture separation apparatus which has two or more gas separation membrane modules and in which setting of operation conditions can be changed by a simple method. <P>SOLUTION: The gaseous mixture separation apparatus includes three or more gas separation membrane modules, a flow passage for supply gas (a flow passage 1) connected with all the gas separation membrane modules, a flow passage for non-permeate gas (flow passage 3) connected with all the gas separation membrane modules, and valves. The valves are provided between branch points connected with the gas separation membrane module on the flow passage 1 and the flow passage 3. A first gas separation membrane unit to which raw gas is supplied and a second gas separation membrane unit which is connected with the first gas separation membrane unit in series can be constituted by closing the valve on the flow passage 1 and the valve on the flow passage 3 between the same modules. The number of gas separation membrane modules respectively constituting the first gas separation membrane unit and the second gas separation membrane unit can be adjusted by choosing closing/opening of each valve. The gas separation apparatus further includes a gas flow passage (a flow passage 4) for supplying non-permeate gas recovered from the first gas separation membrane unit to the second gas separation membrane unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
