<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage adjustment circuit which consumes a small and fixed power without depending on generated voltage. <P>SOLUTION: The voltage adjustment circuit is formed over a semiconductor substrate to adjust the generated voltage. The circuit includes: plural resistors (resistances 11, 12 and 13a-13f) connected to each other in series; a set of plural fuses 31a-31g one ends of which are connected to each connection point of plural resistors and the other ends of which are commonly connect to each other; and a first output terminal 2 which is connected to the other end of the first set of plural fuses 31a-31g which are commonly connected to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
