<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal connection method and a terminal connection part of an aluminum Litz wire capable of maintaining excellent connection state of the aluminum Litz wire and a terminal for a long term while enhancing the workability. <P>SOLUTION: When connecting an aluminum Litz wire, formed by collecting and twisting multiple aluminum strands obtained by coating aluminum conductors with an insulation coating, with a terminal, tip of the aluminum Litz wire is held by two barrel parts formed in the terminal at a predetermined interval, and then the barrel parts are caulked to form the caulked parts (first step). The insulation coating of the aluminum strands is then removed (second step) by energizing the caulked part while sandwiching and pressing by means of electrodes.
