<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device that prevents the reduction in glossiness or degradation in texture even when white toner is deposited on paper for improving color reproducibility, and to provide an image forming program. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device includes: first dot area ratio determining means 13 that determines the area ratio of dots formed by color toner on the basis of image information; recording medium dot area ratio calculation means; recording medium property priority receiving means 14 for receiving a priority degree of the property of a recording medium; and second dot area ratio determining means 16 that determines a second dot area ratio, which is an area ratio of dots formed by white toner and color toner deposited on a colored recording medium, on the basis of the first dot area ratio, the recording medium dot area ratio and the recording medium property priority, so as to reproduce the color to be reproduced when a color toner of the first dot area ratio is deposited on a white recording medium onto a colored recording medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
