<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component testing device capable of quickly fixing a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic component testing device 1 has a test head 10 having a first connector 15 and a second connector 23 fitted into the first connector 15 along a Z direction, and includes a pin electronics card 20 stored inside the test head 10 and a fixing device 30 for fixing the pin electronics card 20 to the test head 10. The fixing device 30 has: a hook 32 engaged with a groove 161 of a frame 16 of the test head 10; advancing and retracting means for relatively advancing and retracting the hook 32 for the groove 161; adjusting means for adjusting a relative position of the hook 32 for the groove 161 in the Z direction; and a single operation part 377 for operating the advancing and retracting means and the adjusting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
