<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freeze-dried preparation of docetaxel having both inhibition of degradation of an active component and excellent storage stability, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The freeze-dried preparation of an oil-in-water emulsion contains: at least one taxane-based active component selected from docetaxel and a derivative thereof; an oily component containing a medium chain fatty acid triglyceride in a ratio of 80 w/w% or more and 100 w/w% or less; a surfactant containing a phospholipid in a ratio of 50 w/w% or more and 100 w/w% or less; a fatty acid; and an excipient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
