<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cost advantageous method for updating a monitoring center, capable of smoothly transferring the monitoring center and updating facilities without suspending a remote monitoring job. <P>SOLUTION: When transferring a monitoring circuit 13 to configure a monitoring center 22, in a first step S1, representative lines 20, 21 are provided in the monitoring center 22 after transfer, to terminate notifications from the outside. Next, in a second step S2, portions (16c, 16d) of communication apparatuses connected to representative lines 10, 11 before transfer capable of terminating notifications are arbitrarily selectively connected to the representative lines 20, 21, and diversion means 26 is validated by invalidating diversion means 12. Then, in a third step S3, the diversion means 26 is invalidated and diversion means 27 is validated, and also, residual communication apparatuses (16a, 16b) are connected to the representative lines 20, 21, and the representative line 20 is set to be a preferential destination of an incoming call. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
