A power conversion device is provided with multiple power modules, a first case for accommodating the multiple power modules and having a flow path in which refrigerant flows, multiple AC busbars respectively connected to the AC terminals of the multiple power modules, a holding member for holding multiple AC busbars and being fixed to the first case, and having a positioning pin so as to project upward in a direction opposite the first case, a current sensor module having multiple current sensors for respectively detecting AC currents in the multiple AC busbars, a frame body for integrally holding the multiple current sensors while having through-holes for positioning the modules thereon, and a lead terminal projecting upward from the frame body, and a drive circuit substrate arranged above the frame body that is arranged on the holding member while having thereon through-holes for a lead terminal and through-holes for positioning a substrate. The tip of a positioning pin projects above the tip of the lead terminal projecting from the frame body arranged on the holding member.
