The present invention relates to a dental floss case comprising: a casing having an accommodating space for accommodating dental floss; and a cover for covering an upper area of the casing. The casing consists of: a first casing having an inner center with a spool mounting portion in which a spool wound with dental floss is mounted; and a second casing which is coupled to the first casing so as to form said accommodating space. One side of an upper surface of the casing where the first casing and the second casing are coupled with each other has a dental floss extraction groove penetrating therethrough so as to enable extraction of the dental floss. A dental floss cutter for cutting the dental floss is arranged at the other side of the upper surface of the casing. The spool mounting portion is formed in a cylindrical shape having a circumference along which a plurality of blades are arranged. Each end of the plurality of blades is regularly bent in either the clockwise or the counterclockwise direction.
