<p>An indexable rotary cutting tool and cutting inserts that are used in the indexable rotary cutting tool, which are capable of preventing chips from causing blockages between two cutting inserts, are provided. The cutting insert (50) has a tool body (10) that is capable of rotating around an axis of rotation (C), and cutting inserts (50) that are detachably attached to the tip area of the tool body (10). The cutting inserts (50) have at least two rotationally symmetric positions in relation to the axis of rotation (C). Each cutting insert (50) has an outer blade (51) that extends from the axis of rotation (C) side to the outer circumferential side, and an inner blade (52) that connects to the outer blade (51) and is positioned on the axis of rotation (C) side. When viewed from the tip side of the tool, at least the inner blades (52) of the cutting inserts (50) are convexly curved relative to the axis of rotation (C).</p> |
