<p>Disclosed are a solar cell, and a method and device for preparing the same, which belong to the field of photovoltaic technology. In the preparation method, a brush-electroplating device with a brush-plating pen is used to pattern and brush-electroplate the back electrodes of the solar cell on the back electric field of the solar cell. The solar cell is formed by the preparation method. The preparation method is simple to operate, makes patterning convenient, is low in cost, and is easily compatible with current methods for preparing solar cells. The back electrodes can be formed at room temperature, can be easily welded and bound as desired, and are especially suitable for use in a p-type full back electric field cell and an n-type aluminum back junction cell, facilitating the improvement of the property of the solar cell.</p> |
