<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid polymer fuel cell separator exhibiting high corrosion resistance and low impurity eluting property, low in gas impermeability and electrical resistance, and having high strength and durability. <P>SOLUTION: The solid polymer fuel cell separator comprises a material including a graphite powder mixture bound with a thermosetting resin binder, the graphite powder mixture being obtained by mixing first graphite powder having a particle size distribution of 1-150 μm and an average particle size of 30-70 μm and second graphite powder having an average particle size of 1-10 μm and a specific surface area of 30-100 m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/g so that a ratio represented as the mass of the first graphite powder/the mass of the second graphite powder is 80/20-60/40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
