<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress abnormal combustion when an engine is restarted in an engine control device using DME as fuel. <P>SOLUTION: The engine control device 1 of the engine 10 using the DME as the fuel includes: an intake passage 13 connected to an intake port 11; an exhaust passage 14 connected to an exhaust port 12; an EGR passage 15 for recirculating part of the exhaust gas to an intake system; a valve 16 installed in the intake passage 13 located upstream from the branch part of the EGR passage 15; and a valve control part 22 for controlling opening/closing of the valve 16, wherein the valve control part 22 controls the valve 16 to be totally closed during the stop of the engine 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
