<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch having excellent take-out property of a content, and necessary opening property. <P>SOLUTION: In the shape keeping pouch which is a pouch formed of a laminated material having at least a base material layer and a sealant layer. A shape keeping plastic wire of the predetermined shape adhers to the position close to a unsealed part of an outer surface on one side or outer surfaces on both sides of the pouch having the unsealed part on one side of a pouch body part parallel to the unsealed part with an adhesive layer.
