<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing agent composition excellent in a blood circulation promotion effect and a sweating promotion effect and also excellent in giving a good feeling, an effect on skin and retention of the effect. <P>SOLUTION: The bathing agent composition contains arginyl fructosyl glucose as an active ingredient. In particular, the arginyl fructosyl glucose is preferably included as an active ingredient for blood circulation promotion or sweating promotion.
