<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure of a binding band capable of securely guiding the binding band inserted from a first hole part to a second hole part, and preventing displacement of a wire harness. <P>SOLUTION: The binding band is attached to an attaching wall 82. A first wall part 81a and a second wall part 81b position the attaching wall 82 between them. The binding band is attached to the attaching wall 82 by inserting the binding band from a first gap 83a provided between the attaching wall 82 and the first wall part 81a to a second gap 83b provided between the attaching wall 82 and the second wall part 81b. Then, the attaching wall 82 is provided with a through-hole 84, and a first guide wall 85a that turns to the attaching wall 82 as it extends to the second wall part 81b is arranged at a position facing the through-hole 84.
