<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve washing efficiency by enhancing the surface potential property and radical density of intermediate water, and to efficiently remove adhered foreign matters from washed objects by enhancing the fluidity and diffusibility of the intermediate water. <P>SOLUTION: Foreign matters are removed from drainage such as rainwater stored in a first water storage tank by filtering means, to create intermediate water. Then, the intermediate water is micro-bubbled or nano-bubbled by bubble generating means, to create sprinkling intermediate water with which sprinkled objects can be sprinkled through sprinkling means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
