<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly acquire an incoming call while reducing power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A portable terminal includes a peripheral terminal recognition part, a reception order determination part, an incoming call notification reception part, and an incoming call notification forwarding part. The peripheral terminal recognition part recognizes peripheral terminals, which are other portable terminals existing around the own terminal, within a plurality of portable terminals in a cell of an identical base station. The reception order determination part determines an order to receive incoming call notification from the base station by the peripheral terminals which are recognized by the peripheral terminal recognition part and the own terminal. The incoming call notification reception part receives an incoming call notification from the base station in reception order determined by the reception order determination part.
