<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for processing a masticated rubber showing stable chemical properties by mechanical mastication, as well as a processing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus includes a stirring rotor 6 which stirs a material loaded from a loading aperture 3 in a closed kneading chamber 5, a control section 11 which automatically controls the rotational speed of the stirring rotor 6, and a temperature sensor 13 which detects the internal temperature of the closed kneading chamber 5 and outputs information concerning the detected actually measured temperature to the control section 11. In addition, the control section 11 performs the automatic control of the rotational speed by PID control which achieves the target temperature based on the actually measured temperature. This operation is carried out in accordance with information concerning the actually measured temperature and information concerning the set target temperature, until expiration of the set control time, following the loading of natural rubber or a rubber mixture composed of a natural rubber accounting for not less than 50%, into the closed kneading chamber 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
