<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunochromatography method capable of performing highly sensitive detection without false positives by suppressing the generation of the false positives when a signal is amplified with the immunochromatography method. <P>SOLUTION: The immunochromatography method includes: in a state where a complex of a substance to be detected and a labeling substance containing metal modified by a first binding substance to the substance to be detected is formed, developing the complex on an insoluble carrier under existence of a protease decomposition product of protein; capturing the substance to be detected and the labeling substance at a detection part on the insoluble carrier containing a second binding substance to the substance to be detected, or a substance having a binding property to the first binding substance to the substance to be detected; and amplifying the captured labeling substance and detecting the substance to be detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
