<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue, when an e-mail is intended to be transmitted and there is any unanswered e-mail received from the addressee of the intended e-mail, an alarm regarding the e-mail intended to be transmitted. <P>SOLUTION: In an information processing apparatus that stores conditions for extracting any unanswered e-mail from the addressee of an e-mail intended to be transmitted, when transmission of the intended e-mail is instructed by the user's operation, the destination address of the e-mail is acquired, e-mails received from the destination address are searched for any unanswered e-mail by using the pre-stored conditions for extracting any unanswered e-mail in accordance with the pre-stored conditions for extracting any unanswered e-mail and, if any unanswered e-mail is found out of the e-mails received from the acquired destination address, an alarm is issued regarding the presence of the unanswered e-mail or e-mails. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
