<p>The present invention provides a boring device provided with: a guide rail which extends in a straight line in one direction, an apparatus main body part which is positioned so as to be able to slide over the guide rail, a sleeve which leaving the apparatus main body part extends in-plane roughly parallel with the guide rail, and a rotary surface plate which is attached to the tip end part of the sleeve.
