<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode and a power storage device capable of realizing a high capacity and a high output. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode comprises a collector 11, and an active material layer including an electrode active material, a conductive particle and a binder 16 and provided on the collector. The electrode active material is a polymer compound having a tetrachalcogenofulvalenes skelton in a repeating unit. In the active material layer, the electrode active material and the conductive particles form aggregates 13 of conductive particles coated with the electrode active material.
