<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a sheet member, in which particles ejected toward a sheet member can be prevented from scattering to surroundings. <P>SOLUTION: Concave portions 212 filled with particles of high-absorbent resin are arranged on an outer side surface 211 of a cylinder part 21 in a circumferential direction. When each concave portion 212 passes about the lowermost portion, the particles are ejected. A first sheet conveying roller 31 conveys a first sheet member 91 along the outer side surface 311 so that the first sheet member 91 passes near the lowermost portion of the cylinder part 21. A second sheet conveying roller 41 is located anterior to the lowermost portion with respect to a moving direction of the outer side surface 211 of the cylinder part 21 at the lowermost portion, and conveys a second sheet member 92 along the outer side surface 411 to the vicinity of the lowermost portion, to superimposes the second sheet member 92 on the first sheet member 91 which has been supplied with particles. In the second sheet conveying roller 41, annular grooves 412 along the circumferential direction are formed on the outer side surface 411, it is possible to absorb impact of particles which collide with the second sheet member 92 on the second sheet conveying roller 41 and prevent particles from scattering to surroundings. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
