<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic system for collectively transmitting information on a display schedule of signal colors of multiple traffic signal controllers to vehicles while maintaining its accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A central device 1 determines whether all the traffic signal controller 2A, 2B, 2C and 2D are under synchronization in a next cycle, and, when determining that they are under synchronization, generates intersection signal information to be provided including a target off-set, a cycle length and a green light duration of each traffic signal controller 2 in the next cycle to transmit it to an information relay device 3. The traffic signal controller 2A generates reference intersection signal information on display duration of each signal color in the present cycle and the next cycle for each prescribed time to transmit it to the information relay device 3. The information relay device 3 generates green wave signal information on a display schedule of signal colors of each traffic signal controller 2 on the basis of the intersection signal information to be provided and the reference intersection signal information and transmits it to a road side communication device 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
