<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbo compressor that can control transmission of a vibration to a motor. <P>SOLUTION: The turbo compressor 1 includes a variable vane 3 for adjusting the flow rate of fluid by driving, a drive shaft 5 which is connected to the variable vane 3 to drive the variable vane 3 by the rotation, a motor 7 for rotatively driving the drive shaft, and a coupling 11 for coupling the drive shaft 5 with the output shaft 9 of the motor 7. A vibration isolation means 13 which couples the drive shaft 5 and the output shaft 9 in an integrally rotatable manner to each other, is provided among the drive shaft 5, the output shaft 9 and the coupling 11, and permits movement of the drive shaft 5 and the output shaft 9 in the vibration direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
