<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board assembly with more densely integrated electronic devices, and provide a mobile terminal having a slimmer configuration by maximizing space for mounting the electronic devices in the printed circuit board assembly. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 100 includes a terminal body and a printed circuit board assembly 200 mounted on the terminal body. The printed circuit board assembly 200 includes a first printed circuit board 210, a first electronic device 211 mounted on the first printed circuit board 210, a second printed circuit board 220 separated from the first printed circuit board 210 in a first direction, a second electronic device 222 mounted on the second printed circuit board 220.
