<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device capable of measuring chloride ion concentration change in concrete of a concrete structure by distinguishing that from the pH change of the concrete; and using measurement information for the planned maintenance of the concrete structure. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor device 1 includes: a first electrode 3 configured by first metallic material; a second electrode 4 provided separately from the first electrode 3, and configured by second metallic material; a gap forming body 8 provided so as to form a gap G between a part of a surface of the first electrode 3 and the gap forming body 8; and a function element having a function for measuring electric potential difference between the first electrode 3 and the second electrode 4.
