<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generation device, hardly damaged, and having high safety, for efficiently generating electric power by rotating a propeller by collecting further more wind, by adapting to the wind direction by efficiently capturing the wind, only by installing the device. <P>SOLUTION: For solving the problem, the wind power generation device includes a column erected substantially vertically, a ring rotatably held by the column, a second frame weight fixed to the ring and having an apex part of a cavity, a sail stuck between the second frame weight, and the propeller fixed to the cavity of the apex part of the second frame weight, and is characterized by generating electric power by driving a generator by rotating the propeller by a flow of the wind passing through the frame weight. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
